What Does Calcite Adsorb?
Calcite raises low pH (acidic) water to a neutral range (7.0–8.0)
Calcite is a natural mineral composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) and is widely used in water filtration to adjust PH. It works by gradually dissolving in water to neutralize acidity, bringing the PH to a more balanced level.
